On November 17th, we hosted an unforgettable event, blending ancient wellness rituals with skincare techniques, creating an experience that would leave an indelible mark on all who attended. This curated, intimate gathering was designed with a singular purpose: to give back to our community by offering a space where healing, feminine energy, and connection could flourish.
Guided by our founder, Asya, this event wasn't just about skincare; it was about deepening our bond with nature, honoring our senses, and embracing the transformative power of self-care.
A Healing Environment Inspired by Nature
The atmosphere of the event was thoughtfully designed to immerse everyone in a space that felt calming, mystical, and deeply connected to nature. The space was adorned with botanical elements, herbs, and plants, creating a harmonious and soothing environment, and everything was thoughtfully arranged by talented Araks Sarkisyan (@arakssa). The soft glow of beeswax candles filled the room with warmth, and the gentle fragrance of eucalyptus welcomed our guests, instantly refreshing them as they entered. The event was a sensory experience in every sense—visual, tactile, olfactory, and emotional.
Our founder, Asya, wanted this space to be a reflection of her own life—one deeply connected to nature. From her childhood memories in the Tavush region of Armenia, surrounded by rosehips and sea buckthorns, to her travels and immersion in natural wellness practices, everything about the event was a celebration of nature’s healing power. These memories were lovingly woven into the event through carefully chosen ingredients for our skincare products and the sensory experience we curated for our guests.
A Workshop Focused on the Kansa Gua Sha Ritual
The heart of the workshop was a hands-on demonstration of the Kansa Gua Sha technique, a practice deeply rooted in Ayurvedic and Chinese healing traditions. Asya guided the participants in using the BBA Organic Kansa Gua Sha tool alongside our pre-launch Bio+Active Face Oil. Both of these products, carefully crafted with natural, potent ingredients like sea buckthorn, rosehip, and chia seed oils, were the stars of the day. The guests learned the ancient art of Gua Sha, using the tool to massage and rejuvenate the skin, all while gaining insights into how these ancient practices can be applied in modern skincare routines.

Each tea was handcrafted by an expert herbalist, chosen to complement the properties of our products, enhancing the full sensory experience. Guests sipped and savored, allowing the soothing flavors to wash over them while indulging in delicious, thoughtfully prepared snacks.

The event was made even more special by the inclusion of food from Bostan by Grandma, whose dishes were an absolute hit.
