Shipping Policy

Order Processing

 

All orders are processed within 4–6 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, new product launches, limited-edition releases, or other periods of high order volume.

Shipping and delivery times are separate from order processing times and begin once your order has been transferred to the carrier.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you by email with information regarding the delay, including a revised shipping timeframe and, where applicable, the option to cancel your order for a refund.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

​

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please allow the applicable processing time before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the carrier's website.


 

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

​

Shipping charges for your order will be determined and presented to you at the checkout stage. We utilize USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground for deliveries in the United States and Haypost(USA) for shipments to Armenia.

for international orders we use FedEx international services.

 

Shipping Within the United States​

​

We charge a $6 flat shipping fee for orders shipped within the United States.

Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping, except for orders shipped to Delaware, as we do not currently ship to this state.

Customers who prefer additional delivery security may select USPS Priority Mail with signature required, when available. Additional charges apply to this shipping option, and the free-shipping offer on orders over $100 does not apply when this option is selected.

Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

International shipping availability may change. The shipping options available for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend contacting your local customs authority before ordering if you would like an estimate of applicable duties or taxes.

If a recipient refuses to pay applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges and the package is returned to us, the recipient may be responsible for return shipping charges and other associated costs.

Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review our Refund Policy for additional information.

Shipping to Armenia:

​

We offer free shipping to Armenia on orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping rates start at $9.

Orders shipped to Armenia are sent exclusively through HayPost.

We do not ship orders to package-forwarding companies. When ordering for delivery in Armenia, please select Armenia as the destination country at checkout and provide your complete Armenian delivery address.

Please ensure that your phone number is accurate, as it is required for successful delivery.

In accordance with Armenian customs requirements, shipments to Armenia must include the recipient's passport or ID number. Please enter this information in the designated field during checkout to help prevent customs-clearance delays.

​Armenia Shipping Schedule

​

Orders shipped via HayPost are generally dispatched once per week. We recommend placing your order in advance to allow sufficient processing time before the next scheduled shipment.

Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, customs processing, carrier schedules, or other circumstances outside our control.

HayPost may use different transportation routes or shipping services, so pickup, departure, and delivery timelines may vary.

 

Shipping to Other Countries:

For international destinations other than Armenia, shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your package and destination. Your applicable shipping rate will be displayed at checkout.

Depending on the destination country, free international shipping may be available on orders between $200 and $300. Please select your country at checkout to see the applicable free-shipping threshold.

Delayed or Missing Packages

​

If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bbaorganic.com with your name and order number so we can look into the shipment.

Please note that carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect estimated delivery times.

       Damaged Orders

​

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@bbaorganic.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:​

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the damage

  3. Clear photographs of the damaged item

  4. Clear photographs of the original shipping box and packaging

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods while your claim is being reviewed, as they may be required for a carrier claim.

Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny reimbursement or replacement when a claim is submitted outside the stated reporting period, sufficient documentation is not provided, or there is evidence of abuse or misuse of our damage or return policies.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

        

We accept eligible returns for U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Approved refunds will be issued for the applicable order amount, less return shipping costs.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
