Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 4-6 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped from our warehouse on Monday or the next business day.
Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.
Potential Delays and COVID-19
The health and safety of our employees and customers are our top priority. We’ve redesigned our order fulfillment center to comply with government/state-recommended social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines.
We will notify you when your order is shipped or if we foresee any issues fulfilling your order.
International orders may experience some delays due to COVID-19. If you have not received your order, and it shipped 30 days ago, please contact our customer service team here for further assistance.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped. The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.
Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be determined and presented to you at the checkout stage. We utilize USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground for deliveries in the United States and Haypost(USA) for shipments to Armenia.
for international orders we use FedEx international services.
Shipping within The US
We charge $6 flat fee for the United States orders. All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping to addresses within the United States.
We offer optional USPS Priority shipping with a signature required for customers who suspect mail theft. This is a safer option to ensure your package is delivered securely. Please note that free shipping on orders over $100 is excluded from this option if selected.

*Note for International Customers: We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Additionally, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are typically imposed once the shipment reaches customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. It is advisable to check with your local customs office or relevant authorities to obtain an estimate of potential taxes and duties before placing an order. If you refuse to pay the required taxes and duties, resulting in the package being returned to us, you may be responsible for any return shipping charges and other associated costs.
International Shipping Rates
Shipping to Armenia:
Base Rate: *Orders from Armenia start with a minimum shipping weight of 2 pounds at a cost of $9.00. Please check the gross weight of each item listed on the product page to estimate your total shipping weight.
Additional Weight: Each additional pound beyond the initial 2 pounds incurs an additional fee of $4.50.
Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $160 to Armenia.
*Note: Please note that orders using the Haypost service are shipped on Tuesdays . To ensure your order is included in the Tuesday shipment, kindly make your purchase earlier . Orders typically take 7-12 business days to arrive. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Shipping to Other Countries:
Weight-Based Rates: For countries other than the United States and Armenia, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your package.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders ranging between $200 and $300, depending on your country. Please select your country at checkout to see the specific details.
Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If you don’t receive your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bbaorganic.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@bbaorganic.com. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.
We accept returns for orders within United States up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs. Please note that we do not accept returns for international orders.
